Point to Point is a leading specialist in the field of Desktop and Application Delivery having been active at the forefront of this industry for over 15 years.

Point to Point was created in 1992, originally as a provider of LAN and WAN networking equipment. In the mid 90s, this focus area took us into the world of application delivery when a key customer of ours could not deliver a business critical application across their corporate WAN, due to the demanding nature of the application and the restrictions imposed by the bandwidth available at the time.

We were able to demonstrate to this organisation, and ourselves, that centralisation and virtualisation of the application (although we didn’t call it virtualisation back then!) could change this. This experience demonstrated to us that the real challenge our customer’s faced was in application, and as a direct extension of this, desktop delivery.

It was at this point that the delivery of desktops and applications became our strategic focus.

Since this time Point to Point has become a leading authority in desktop and application delivery. This is reflected in the levels of partnership we enjoy with our chosen vendors, as well as our customer experience. We truly understand the complexity associated with this increasingly active area of IT and look to simplify these projects for our customers through our structured and comprehensive service offering.
