The importance of the end user cannot be over-estimated

Although typically engaged by IT departments our activity with our customers is ultimately judged by the experience of your end user community. If we do not meet their demands, or support the levels of performance their work demands then we have failed.

In addition, we have seen an increased awareness and acceptance, and critically expectation of IT within our customers’ end user communities. In our opinion this is the real challenge that Consumerisation brings to our industry and attempting to deal with this involves inclusion of the end user and their requirements.
