Strategy
This early stage of engagement is based entirely on helping our customers to make the right choices. There are many options associated with desktop and application delivery and Strategic Formation Services is based on helping our customers to understand their environment in greater detail such that the most appropriate strategy can be defined.
Design
The purpose of our design process is to develop the technical detail of the strategy. The design principles employed at Point to Point are based on a mixture of our direct experience and industry best practice. The aim is to define the foundations of the solution with which we can progress the project.
Build
This is where the really heavy lifting takes place as this is the point at which we start to physically work with technology. In this area of our engagement is a structured approach to your project ensuring that the proposed solution is thoroughly tested, at both technical and user levels, prior to being released to the end user community.
Operate
Once the implementation phase of the project has been completed Point to Point aims to remain involved in the ongoing operation of your solution and we have a comprehensive range of support services, designed to suit the individual needs of our customers and the resources and skills they have at their disposal.
