The focus for this stage of our engagement turns to implementation of the solution in question, naturally in keeping with the objectives set out in the design phase.

In order to ensure a successful implementation Point to Point adopts a structured process, designed to test both technology and its application before this is finally released to the end user community.

Typical stages included our approach are as follows:

• Proof of Concept
• Pilot
• UAT
• Production
• Documentation

The aim of this process is ultimately to ensure that all aspects of the solution have been trialled and tested prior to them becoming part of the daily operation of your organisation. Our primary goal is to ensure that the solution meets the needs of your organisation, from both a functional and scalability perspective, and delivers the levels of performance demanded by your business.

One final point is that the entire project lifecycle is underpinned and overseen by the Point to Point project management function. This role is responsible for the project working on time and in budget and is based on the principles of the Prince II methodology.
