High Level Design

The High Level Design can be a further and extended part of the overall design process, or an activity in it's own right. The High Level Design defines the core components and technologies included in your solution and depicts these in a logical format. This provides a component type view of your proposed solution, but critically does not go into configuration type detail, which is the focus for the Detailed Design.
