Technical Requirements Analysis
At the point at which we engage in design there will be a complete understanding of the objectives and requirements associated with your project. It is this information that defines the solution, whether Point to Point has been physically invovled in the collection process or not.
The first phase of design then is to put further technical detail around your functional requirements. This session takes the form of workshops and includes a check list of specific configuration items associated with the solution. The key difference between this stage and the understanding of requirements delivered up to this point is the level of detail this goes down to. The technical requirements gathering stage goes beyond defining a solution and details specific requirements and decisions around the technolgies being considered and how these need to look and feel.
