Consultancy backfill

As a further more adhoc support service we also offer backfill consultancy to support our customer's through periods of reduced internal resource availability. Drivers for access to this type of hands on physical support include simple annual activity such as holiday cover or more unusual events in the shape of employees leaving. Backfill has also been used by our customers at times of exceptional internal workload where critical projects dictate that internal resource cannot be available to provide daily operational support. We fully appreciate that backfill in this form is based on a different level of skill and capability to traditional support and our service is resourced and packaged with this in mind.
