Proactive monitoring
Underpinning the Proactive Management Support is our enterprise scale monitoring infrastructure. This is based on EG Innovations and the use of this technology has allowed us to deliver exceptional levels of uptime and availability into our managed support customer base. We appreciate that many organisations desire this level of system and end user experience monitoring, but can struggle to justify the investment that goes along with deployments of this nature. On this basis we are able to scale our MSC offering back to deliver proactive monitoring, but rather than Point to Point holding responsibility for executing any required changes, this is passed back to you the customer. Where the issue requires additional skills to those available internally this type of agreement can be supplemented with a further third line/ specialist service.
