Unit based support
As a more traditional means of supporting you and your use of technology Point to Point also offers a unit based service, which provides access to our full range of support services. This service is a reactive one in that it is owned and managed by you, the customer, and our services are engaged where you require our additional levels of support to resolve the situation being dealt with. Support is provided as a telephone based service, through remote access facilities and finally as on site consultancy where issues require this level of engagement. The service is based on the principal theory that the more intensive the service required the more units will be required from your allocation. This service is very much our entry level means of supporting you and your environment and represents our most detached form of involvement in your ongoing operation.
