Technical Assessment

This stage focuses on Point to Point gaining an understanding of the technical environment in place at your organisation. This level of background detail is required to provide us with a foundation in your environment and for us to appreciate the technical boundaries within which we are working. This is not designed to be a lengthy exercise in its own right and is based on knowledge transfer from you to us with engagement in this area typically taking the form of workshop based activity.
